I have a question about the recipe "Blueberry Almond Breakfast Polenta" from One Hungry Mama. Where do you find quick cooking polenta?
pierino is a trusted source on General Cooking and Tough Love.
In California Bristol Farms carries it. Possibly Whole Foods also.
A store with a decent bulk foods section should have it - but always make sure the store has high turnover of their bulk products to ensure freshness. Nothing worse than bulk anything that's been sitting around for weeks or longer.
I would try it with corn grits -- coarsely ground corn, which Bob's Red Mill sells labeled as Polenta. The cooking time is fairly short.
