Hi! I want to make english muffins for my hubby for V day. I'm going to use the King Arthur recipe: http://www.kingarthurflour.... I'd rather make the dough tonight and just cook it in the AM.Can I let it rise in the fridge over night and then cook in the AM? If I do that, do I need to do anything special when I take it out of the fridge (bring it room temp, etc)
