Ask your local supermarket to order them for you. Otherwise, if you live in area with an Hispanic population look for a Chinese markets will most likely have tcarniceria. hem as well.

Country spare ribs, shoulder chops, babyback ribs cut into smaller pieces would be fine substitutes.
