how to warm beef steak

If it's really overdone, you can make a curry from it. Just about any curry recipe will do, but if you need one, I've got a simple recipe kicking about somewhere.

You can just thaw in the fridge or use a dutch oven with beef broth or other such liquid over very low heat.
