What is the best way to cook chicken gizzards so that they are tender before putting them in my stuffing? Thank you for the answer in advance!

Confit style in butter, very slowly in the oven, since your stuffing will most likely have butter. Include the butter from the grizzards in the stuffing, since it will have lots of flavour. I would rub the girzzards with a little quatre epice (four spice) first.
