How long would rhubarb syrup keep, refrigerated?

You've strained out the fruit pieces, leaving juice, water, sugar. Place in a tightly sealed jar, and it will keep -- refrigerated -- for a couple of weeks easily. If it starts to cloud or mold, throw it out.
