Looking at the photo I would suggest perhaps lo mein noodles or soba.

I looked at the recipe, and agree with pierno, but soba noodles are brown, so I think he meant somen. Other asian white noodles to consider: udon, Chinese or Thairice noodles, maybe even ramen.
