Is Greek yogurt an acceptable sub 4 creme fraiche in horseradish sauce?
Greek yogurt is a bit different from crème fraîch (you'll get a little more tang), but I think it would make a perfectly delicious horseradish sauce.
Can't wait to try it with tonight's Food52 salmon burger.
