I have a question about the recipe "Thai-Scented Asparagus Soup" from Fig Test Kitchen. Would this soup freeze well?

Inasmuch as coconut milk isn't a dairy product, I suspect the soup would freeze just fine. A safe test might be to freeze a small amount in part of an ice cube tray, then thaw, reheat, and evaluate.
