Here is my recipe, now it has salt but it's so simple to make it low or no sodium, just omit the salt, you can use boxed low sodium stock and omit the salt from the dumplings. http://food52.com/recipes... The lemon and herbs make it flavorful, you can even add more lemon and herbs and that will add flavor in place of salt.
