At 350 or so for about 30 minutes covered with foil and then pour turkey drippings over it (or a little butter if no drippings available) and then crisp it up uncovered for another 20-30 minutes depending on the surface size of your dish.
Agree with pewins but I would let it sit at room temp for about 1/2 hour before heating.
