I have a question about the recipe "Lazy Mary's Lemon Tart " from dymnyno. will the pastry go 'soggy' if the tart is made the day before?
I would melt some white chocolate and brush it all over the crust before pouring in the filling. That prevents the moisture of the curd from ruining the pastry.
