What is a good recipe for dehydrating green beans?

Most vegetables need a quick blanch for 30-45 seconds before dehydrating. Then you chill...dry and put them on the tray until they're dry. With green beans--I'd a table spoon of white vinegar to the blanching water to fix the color.
