Unless you have a deep freeze I wouldn't keep it more than 60 days. Always label your containers. I use waterproof adhesive tape which you can find in the same aisle as band-aids in your supermarket.
The nose will know! It probably will be determined by how cold your freezer is, how often you open the freezer and how well the stock is packaged.
