I need help finding an app that can help me assemble menus from the web and then create ingredient lists.

I use Paprika, which I love.... easy one-button click to download recipes from most sites (and easy cut and paste function for sites where that doesn't work). Good, flexible meal planning and grocery list functions, plus other useful tools like the ability to scale recipes, do conversions and set multiple timers.

I have been using zip list, but I can only save recipes that have a zip list link. It does not allow the flexibility to take a recipe from anywhere, mix it into a menu, and then extract the ingredients from my menu list to do a weeks of groceries.

I use an app called The Recipe Box. It captures recipes from web sites, save them and sends a shopping list to your cell phone.
