I have a chili recipe calling for beef and chicken granules - I've look in stores but can't find. What are they?

I think the brand should be Wylers and by the bullion cubes. I used to do competition chili and substituted bullion cubes if I could not find it. It really is just another form of bullion.

Instant bouillon. It should be near broths/stocks in the grocery store.
