An Elizabeth David recipe calls for a "dessertspoon" of mustard. How much would that be in teaspoons and tablespoons? A scant tablespoon?

Thank you, Chris! I made marinated carrots -- excellent! Made it with some zucchini sticks as well. So easy, so tasty. I'll be making/playing with this on a regular basis in the months ahead. ;o)
