I have a question about the recipe "Orange Blossom Candied Cranberries" from CozyDelicious. Can I make them ahead of time and freeze them?

I vote no. The ice crystals that form when the cranberries freeze will rupture the cell membranes, so I expect they'll get soft and seep juice when they thaw. It would probably be okay if you served them frozen, though.
Thank you hardlikarmour.
