Bought purple cauliflower at farmers market. Steamed it. Water turned blue. Dyed?

Wssmom - how blue was it? I'm always looking for natural food colors (beet juice makes such a wonderful pink; spinach makes a great green) and have struggled to find a true blue (blueberries actually are more of a purple). Have we stumbled on a winner for natural blue!! (totally excited if true!!)

It's not dye. It's just the same as when beets turn everything red
