What is Achiote paste and what can I use in place of it? I can't seem to find it

Check Hispanic aisle of supermarkets. I think it is like a tomato paste flavored with achiote,
Garlic etc. Achiote gives a nice orangey color to food. Replace it maybe with a combination of tomato paste, turmeric, salt etc.
