A question about a recipe: Fennel and Cardamom-Scented Florentines

I have a question about the recipe "Fennel and Cardamom-Scented Florentines" from AntoniaJames. perhaps this is because I'm using mobile, but I don't see butter or more than one type of sugar in ingredient list, yet directions mention sugars and butter?
