Rice balls

Making rice balls for Christmas Appetizer. Anyone ever make them with Aborio Rice that was frozen? I was going to cook some fresh but if I can use up what I already have that would be cool. Any thoughts....

Seems like a great way to use up leftover frozen risotto to me!

Is is risotto that has been cooked and frozen? As long as you that it properly, I think that should work fine!
