Probably a silly question, but im wondering about the expiry dates on blue cheese. It's already moldy, so... how bad can it go? I have an open Stilton in the fridge that I'm going to turf because it's waaaaaay past due, but it got me thinking. If it doesn't smell (more) weird and it looks right - what's the safety guideline here?
