I saw that Wiliam Sonoma sold jars of the sauce. I was hoping to find a recipe for it. Anyone?

Ami, are you referring to this earlier post on the Hotline, asking if anyone knows what turkish pepper braising sauce is and someone answered that Williams-Sonoma carries it?

You could play with it and construct your own version. I googled and saw some recipes for Turkish red pepper sauce. Maybe you could play around with combining some of the W-S ingredients (which use green peppers too) with an online recipe.

W-S ingredients:
Water, green bell peppers, tomatoes (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), onion, Turkish pepper paste (red peppers, salt), tomato paste (tomatoes, citric acid), olive oil, garlic, beef stock (roasted beef with concentrated stock, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein, corn syrup solids, sugar, natural flavorings [dried onion, garlic], autolyzed yeast extract, dried whey, caramel color), cumin, urfa biber (dried Turkish chili peppers), marash peppers (dried Turkish chili peppers), salt, spice.
