A question about a recipe: Daddy's Carbonara

072009f_0714

I have a question about the recipe "Daddy's Carbonara" from Eric Liftin. Would leftovers of this recipe keep/reheat well?

Yep, nutcakes, well put!

You can add a little milk before heating it, but a lot of taste will be gone and it will be rather greasy.
I second nutcakes, carbonara is much better cold than reheated.
