Kentucky Derby Party

Going to a friends derby party on Saturday. I'm bringing ingredients for Mint Juleps of course, but any ideas for a side or appetizer to bring in keeping w the theme?

We always seem to have a giant bowl of boiled peanuts on hand for Derby parties and it is always devoured. Past parties have also had cheese straws, mini crab cakes and ham biscuits.
