"Beef Top Round for London Broil," best cooking technique?

I have a 4+ pound top round London broil. Is broiling/grilling the best way to cook it?

Yes !  Otherwise it would be called a London Grill, or London Fry.  (a British "fry-up" is a whole different topic)
