I have a question about the recipe "Spicy Shrimp" from Helen. could you make this under the broiler if you live in an apartment?

It should be just fine--I do it all the time for skewered shrimp or chicken when I don't want to fire up a grill. A broiler is just a reverse grill.
If you're using wood skewers, it's a good idea to soak the skewers a few hours so they don't burn.
