I think fish tacos would go well with Fried plantains, cucumber and dill salad, sweet potato fries, tabbouleh, black bean and corn salad. In Hawaii my husband and I had fish tacos with taro root fries. Or just plain old blue corn tortilla chips are a classic choice. Don't forget a glass of Pinot Grigio or Rosé.

I love a Meexican style coleslaw with fish tacos. In fact, I often put it right in the taco. I make it with homemade mayo, Greek yogurt, cilantro and a little chipotle chili powder or chipotle in adobo. Grilled Mexican corn would be good too.
