I added jalepenos to my salsa. It tastes good but it's too hot! How do you solve the problem.

Agree with Susan W - no ingredient removes the heat. But you can temper it by adding some bread (old, croutons, crumbs) which would make a different textured sauce or some dairy (milk, cream, yogurt) which would make a different flavored sauce.

If it's a raw salsa, you could pull out the pesky hot jalapenos and add more tomatoes, lime etc. There is no ingredient that removes the heat. Maybe add some diced avocado along with the extra tomatoes.
