maybe infra-dig here, but how long does Jell-O last in fridge with & fruit or vegetable additions?

I would say no more than a week, only because I think the fruit/veggies can get too soft/mushy.

BTW, there's nothing demeaning about jello and fruit. We're not that kind of crowd ;)
