I see no problem with this if you mean assemble a day ahead, hold in fridge overnight, then bake just before serving. If you want to use same bake time as original recipe, bring to room temp from fridge, then bake. Otherwise, if you take straight from fridge to oven, you may need to bake a little longer than original timing.
