Welcome, Sandkim, and thanks for your interest in my recipe. Just for grins, I put it into calorie count. I assumed 24 cookies. This is not an exact calculation because the recipe is so flexible, but it will give you a rough estimate:

Most of these recipes are posted by home cooks. Even most professional chefs would not have access or desire to put their recipes through a calculator. Luckily, such calculators are available to everyone, so you can easily calculate the nutrition facts yourself. If you Google, you will pull up many options. Some are website based, some are software that you download. I think some even allow you to store recipes, but don't hold me to that one.

I really like the free site called Calorie Count. You can enter in the whole recipe and it breaks it down based on how many servings. Not just calories, but nutritional information as well. It's a bit outdated and over simplistic on what it considers healthy. For example, it fails to take into account the health benefits of some animal products, preferring margarine over butter or olive oil, but on the whole, it's a good starting point.

Welcome! We are a community site, and 98% of our recipes come from home cooks. Asking all of our members to provide nutritional information for their recipes just isn't practical. (For more about our general philosophy on cooking and eating, go here: https://food52.com/about). There are many great online tools for calculating the nutritional info of recipes -- we encourage you to use them!
