Homemade recipe for store-bought sheet cake?

I have a friend who's birthday is coming up, and his favorite cake is actually the store-bought white on white sheet cake (gotta love the chemicals and processing). Does anyone have a good recipe for a homemade version (that's not a boxed mix)? Thanks!
