Is there a non-gluten substitute for the 1 Tbsp. flour in Evelyn Sharpe's French Chocolate Cake (NY Times - Feb. 27, 2011)?

You can use ground nuts, or your favorite GF flour blend. You could even use GF breadcrumbs, if they are finely ground.

Cocoa powder is almost always gluten-free (and never unwelcome in a chocolate cake).
