Can the Baking Sheet Mac & Cheese be prepared a couple days ahead and reheated. We travel for Thanksgiving and cannot cook Weds or Thurs.

Yes you can—but I would freeze it before baking it at all, then let it thaw once you get to your destination and bake it there as the recipe calls for!
