I am making French fries in the fryer after I fry the turkey. How should I prep the fries? (Soak in water, dry them out, etc...)?

half cook them before the turk then finish after.

Are you following a recipe for the fries? I would say just stick with that—but the dryer something is going into a fryer the better, so definitely don't soak them in water!
