how long does Virant pumpkin butter last in the fridge?
This is a great recipe...lovely taste and texture. But it's rich and, at 5 days out, there's lots left. Nothing in recipe comments or hotline about how long it is good. Should I recook it? Put it in freezer? Keep in fridge for how much longer?
