If you go to Milkbarstore.com and search for "cornflake crunch" in the recipe section, it will lead you to an easy recipe that you can then use for their marshmallow, cornflake, chocolate chip cookies, also on that website.
Here is the traditional Aussie Cornflake cookie that millions of Aussie children have eaten.
110g butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 cup sultanas
1 1/2 cups cornflakes
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
Pre heat the oven to 180C (350F). Cream the butter and sugar until it is pale and fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients and fold the mixture together well with a large spoon. Place heaped teaspoons full onto a greased baking tray with room to spread, and bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Cool, and store in an airtight container. Of course you can joozy the recipe up by soaking raisins in rum first, or substituting another dried fruit or add toasted nuts. It's up to you.
