A few weeks back there was a recipe for roast chicken where the bird was butterflied, and thus had a shorter roasting time (still 90 degrees in Texas and the AC is cranking all the time). I forgot to save it and I could not find it tonight. I think it was featured on the main page. If anyone could send me the link or give me the actual name, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you!
