Saute peeled and sliced apples in butter until lightly brown and the juice of the apples becomes syrup-y. Rub equal amounts of butter, flour, and quick oats together with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a dash each of nutmeg and ground coriander. Put the topping over the cooked apples and bake in the upper third of your oven until the topping is lightly browned. Serve with heavy cream or creme fraiche. Enjoy!!
