anybody have a good gelatin based foam recipe for a co2 siphon. I could also use the proportions for lecithin foams.

I'm not sure C02 is the proper tool. To my (limited) knowledge it's a Nitrous "Whip Cream" charger.

However..this web site might offer more insight to the proportions and techs.
