I have a question about the recipe "Lemon Ricotta Spaghetti with Argula" from melissav. how much arugula did you use?
Sorry, I left that out of the recipe. I will correct. I added four cups. I just threw the arugula into a glass measuring dish to measure. It was just lightly packed.
Also, you can really just eyeball it and add more or less to your liking.
