added about 2 years agoA food processor should work, no problem. Immersion blender, too, though it may be challenging to purée the yolks and tapioca flour.
Yes, it was difficult to puree the yolks and tapioca with an immersion blender, but I added the vanilla extract here to up the liquid and the finished product turned out just fine.
