A question about a recipe: Inside-Out Squash Ravioli Pasta

Squash_1

Made this the other night (it was great), but I made way more "sauce" than I needed. So after two nights of leftovers, I still have a bunch - basically mashed butternut squash with garlic, nutmeg, and milk/cream. I need to change things up a bit. Any ideas for other things I could use these leftovers for?

Throw in some apples and curry and make it into soup?

Use instead of sauce on pizza, or drop dollops on top. You could also try swirling into a frittata. Or, replace the pasta with another grain--quinoa or brown rice. That might be yum!!
