A question about a recipe: Slow-Cooked Pork Tacos

This looks amazing. Thinking about making it tomorrow night for some friends. Any suggestions for side dishes--beans, rice, or salad? thanks!

How about a salad with fresh corn, tomatoes, green onion or shallots, black beans and cilantro with a fresh lime, cumin and coriander vinaigrette

I think rice and beans together would be nice, and/or some sort of a slaw with lime and cilantro.
