A question about a recipe: Chocolate to the Power of 4 Brownies

I tried this recipe last night for the first time, but the brownies came out VERY underdone (almost the entire middle was still quite "batterlike"). I did use a 8x8 pan, but baked for 28 minutes. How much would you recommend increasing the bake time for accounting for a smaller pan?

Try an additional 7-10 minutes. When done, they should be very shiny on top, and still somewhat soft to the touch (but not as soft as yours were!).
