A question about a recipe: Strawberries with Lavender Biscuits

For scones mrslarkin recommends freezing the dough before baking. (see her recipe for royal wedding scones on this site.) Since biscuits are closely related to scones, I bet you could do the same. Then just bake a few as needed!
