Has anyone made strawberry soup? I'm thinking something with white wine, balsamic vinegar -- rather than yogurt.

I haven't, but the high acidity level of strawberries would, to my mind, need balancing when combined with vinegar and white wine, which both are also highly acidic. ;o)
