I have to preface this by saying that this is a terrible mistreatment of an inoffensive camembert. Are you sure you want to go forward? OK, set up a fry station: superfine flour, beaten egg, fine bread crumbs. Get a kettle of hot oil going, canola is fine. Taking care not to break the rind on the cheese dust it in flour, dip it in egg and finally coat with bread crumbs. Plunge it in oil for a minute or so. But if your rind ruptures your cheese will be ruined. However if it comes out unscathed it will be seriously runny and ready to serve. You've been warned.

Try this one - a combo of pan frying and baking. http://www.theworldwidegourmet.com/recipes/crunchy-camembert/
